Mt.20:32 So Jesus stood still and called them, and said, “What do you want Me to do for you?”
Although Jesus already knew, why they were crying, he still asked them :"What do you want Me to do for you?". He wanted to know wants to know something, what he already knew?
No! He wants to know, if the to blind men know what they need and what they want and if they are willing to tell it to Jesus, or if they are just crying and hoping, that Jesus would heal them without telling him, what they want.
So Jesus wants to know exactly what they want and he wants them to define their thoughts and needs. And as they tell him honestly, what they want, Jesus acts according to their need.

Jesus always gives us gift and grace according to the degree we rely on and trust in him. So he said,
"Go in peace; as your faith is, so let it be done to you.(Mt 8.13)";
"your faith has made you well.(Mt 9.22)"
"As your faith is, let it be done to you.(Mt 9.29)"
By contrary, "the works of power which he did there were small in number because they had no faith.(Mt 13.58)"
So, just as what Jesus said twice,"whoever has, to him will be given, and he will have more; but from him who has not, even what he has will be taken away(Mt 13.12; 25.29)". I think it not only refers to the gift we've been given and gave, or the words of kingdom we can comprehend, but also to our faith and how much grace we can receive. So, we all should make effort to trust in Him more firmly and clearly.
