Matthew Ch 23

"8 [...] you have only one master and you are all brothers."

I think we often say that we are all the same and there is no difference. But sometimes we belittle some brothers and sisters which might seem weak or do not understand the bible quick and so well. Therefor we tend to treat them with less respect and do not care much about them. And some others we treat with more respect than it is needed due to their ability and a strong personal character.
I think that sometimes we can learn even more from a so called "weaker" person. Even the first step trying to understand this person and to care about him is something to be learned.

i agree, and in doing that we hurt both parties. excessive respect to those with better abilities and strong personalities may cause them to fall in becoming proud. negligence to those weaker in faith may cause them to be even weaker. it probably would be more helpful if we do the opposite. pay more attention to the weak to help build up their faith and just be normal with those having good abilities to keep them humble.
