Better later than never right?:) Better to have your mind changed and do what you are supposed to instead of just say things without meaning them. This often do happen uncounciously. Its not that you do it to harm the person who maybe asked you to do something. But instead of really acting and do it you give words to make this person be quiet and continue on what you were doing. It would be better if you say what you really are going to do and what you can do. This makes a person trustworthy and relyable.

22,21 "Than he said the them, "Give to Ceasar what is Cearsar´s, and to God what is God´s"

We also should respect the ruels of the society if they does not make as sin against God. Because howelse will you live a peacfull live with you enviroment? Give each the respect they deserve to receive. Not too less and not too much.
