"26 For what profit is it to a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul? 27 For the Son of Man will come in the glory of His Father with His angels, and then He will reward each according to his works."
Works Works Works!!! :) Much to do with our soul on Judgement Day. Topic shall be continued the next time, and hopefully I'll get to the other 2/3 of my notes :)

Matthew Chapter 16:8 and 11
8 Aware of their discussion, Jesus asked, "You of little faith, why are you talking among yourselves about having no bread?
11 But be on your guard against the yeast (=teaching) of the Pharisees and Sadducees."
My comment:
Jesus is right we care too much about what we have and what we don`t have. (Frankly I often do it)Jesus tells us not to worry about what you need. You must be careful how the environment influences you. Like the Pharisee who say that their way is the right way how to go to the heaven. But it isn`t right. Jesus have never said that they will go to heaven. No he even criticizes them although they know the Bible very well. The Pharisee force and manipulate the to go their "right" way. That`s why have a critical mind. Don`t follow everyone you think he is a great man. There are also a lot of great man you can follow. But be careful not to chose the wrong one.
I think it is a great idea to read chapters of the bible each day. It teaches me everyday more and more about Jesus`s wisdom and helps to keep me alive.
Compliment to Tiana.
I do agree with you, Peng. It is really nice to read and to learn to read the bibel. And it really helps to understand when you have to pic one verse and reflect. Without this blog I may not think about it that much. So thanks to Tiana but also to everyone for sharing his/her thoughts.
Thank God that everyone has a heart to pursue after His wisdom. May he add to what we have already gained. And just to let you in on a secret, actually I wanted to learn from you :). It's very nice to fellowship with each other spiritually and to share our spiritual food for thought. As long as we persist onward, we will continue to learn from God and from each other :)
