"11In the same way, their wives are to be women worthy of respect"

So it does not seem so less important how the women are. A wife can make his husband honorable man or not. Not only the man has to be worth of respect but also his wife is very important. So when someone is married his or her spouse is really his or her other half. Because when you look at him or her you can also learn something about the other half. So here we have another emphasis that wife and husband are united as one. And that one can not exist without the other half. One alone does not count.
When we have this in mind when we choose our spouse than we will choose someone from church.But what if we are not married? Are we missing this other half and part then?

Hmmm...i don't think so, because then you can have undivided devotion to the Lord (1 Cor 7:35)..but of course i am not discouraging marriage..:p
